Landscaping Services for Your Home

We are a family-owned company, business licensed and fully insured, and we work on the outside of your home from the turf to the canopy. That covers weekly lawn care, landscape design, mulch and beds, irrigation repair and upgrades, sod installation, pavers and other hardscape installation, and seasonal cleanup. On the heavier side we do tree trimming and removal, palm tree pruning and removal, stump grinding, bamboo removal and full property cleanup. Each service has its own page if you want the details before you call.

  • Worker pushing a bagging lawn mower across a freshly striped green lawn beside a crisply edged sidewalk, with stucco homes, palms and a white fence behind

    Lawn Care

Routine mowing, edging, and turf health checks, done at the right height for your grass and with careful handling around your family and pets.

  • Landscape designer and homeowner on a backyard lawn beside a screened lanai, marking a curved new bed outline with a garden hose and wooden stakes

    Landscape Design

A scaled plan for your yard that settles drainage, path layout, lighting and plant spacing before any digging, so the result is safe to walk and easy to keep.

  • Mulch and Beds

We pull weeds by the root, cut clean bed edges and lay mulch at the right depth, kept back from your siding and tree trunks.

  • Irrigation

Sprinkler repair, head and valve replacement, controller setup and new zones, installed with marked utilities, working backflow protection and heads set flush with the turf.

  • Seasonal Cleanup

We clear leaf mats, cut back freeze-damaged plants, reset beds and edges, and remove loose debris before storm season, with the hazards found first.

  • Sod Installation

We strip worn turf, grade the soil, lay fresh sod in tight rows and show you how to water it until the roots take hold.

  • Hardscape Installation

Paver patios, walkways, driveway borders and retaining walls built on a compacted base, with edge restraint and slope planned so the surface stays flat and drains.

  • Tree Trimming and Removal

Pruning cuts made at the branch collar, deadwood cleared before storm season, and removals lowered in sections away from your roof, fence and family.

  • Palm Tree Pruning and Removal

Dead fronds, seed stalks and failing palms taken down with clean tools and controlled cuts, so the crown stays healthy and nothing lands on your roof.

  • Stump Grinding

We grind leftover stumps and surface roots below grade, protect the yard from flying chips, and leave the hole backfilled so you can plant or lay sod.

  • Bamboo Removal

We cut bamboo stands flush, dig out the rhizome mat and haul the debris away, so the grove stops coming back under your fence and lawn.

  • Property Cleanup

We cut back overgrowth, pull invasive vines and haul off debris piles, checking for wasp nests, sharp scrap and hidden sprinkler lines before the work starts.

A Family-Run Crew That Works Like It's Our Own Yard

We run this company to do landscaping the way we'd want it done at our own homes: without broken sprinkler heads, rutted lawns or limbs dropped on a fence. That comes down to slowing down at the start of a job and looking for what can go wrong.

Our part of Central Florida asks a lot of a yard. Sandy soil drains fast and holds few nutrients, summer storms bring heavy rain and wind, and fast-growing trees and palms need regular attention before hurricane season. We plan lawn, irrigation and tree work around those conditions, and we tell you plainly what your property needs and what it doesn't.

How We Keep the Work Safe

Most yard injuries and property damage come from a few predictable causes: thrown debris, cut lines, falling limbs and chemicals left where kids and pets walk. We plan each job to remove those risks first.

Utilities located before we dig

Sod prep, edging, post holes and stump grinding can all reach a buried cable or gas line. We request a Sunshine 811 locate before digging work and flag sprinkler lines and low-voltage lighting wire ourselves.

A debris walk before mowing

A mower blade can throw a pine cone, sprinkler nozzle or piece of gravel hard enough to break a window or hurt someone. Our crew walks the turf and picks up first, and we discharge clippings away from doors, cars and pool screens.

Controlled cuts on trees and palms

We rope down heavy limbs instead of letting them free-fall onto roofs, fences or lanais. On palms we remove dead and hanging fronds and seed stalks without overcutting green fronds, which weakens the palm.

Clear zones for people and pets

Before a grinder, chipper or saw starts, we ask that children and pets stay inside and we set a work zone. We close gates behind us and tell you when the yard is safe to use again.

Careful product handling

Fertilizer and weed control are applied at label rates, swept off driveways and walks so they don't wash into storm drains, and we let you know how long to keep pets off treated turf.

What Shapes the Price of a Landscaping Job

Two yards of the same size can price very differently. The labor, equipment and disposal a job needs set the number, and we explain each of those in your estimate.

Every estimate is free, done on site and broken into line items so you can see what each part costs. If a bigger project makes sense to spread out, we can finance amounts up to $100,000 over anywhere from 2 to 12 years, and paying it off early never costs you a penalty.

Size and access
Square footage matters, but so does how we get in. A narrow side gate that a stump grinder or skid steer can't fit through means more hand work and more hours.
What's under the surface
Sod and hardscape costs depend on the base. Removing old turf, correcting grade so water drains away from your foundation, and compacting a proper paver base all add steps.
Tree height and hazards
A tall oak over a roof or near a service drop takes rigging and slower, controlled cuts. Open ground where limbs can drop safely costs less.
Materials
Mulch type, plant sizes, paver style and irrigation parts like rotor heads, drip line and smart controllers each move the total.
Debris and hauling
Palm fronds, bamboo culms with their rhizomes, and grinding chips all have to go somewhere. Volume and whether you want chips left for mulch affect the price.

How a Job Runs From First Call to Cleanup

The steps are the same whether it's a lawn plan or a tree removal. What changes is how much setup the safety side needs.

  1. 1

    Phone call

You tell us what's going on in the yard and we set a time for an on-site walkthrough and free estimate.

  2. 2

    Walkthrough and written estimate

We look at soil, drainage, irrigation coverage, tree condition and access, and note hazards like overhead lines or a cracked limb. You get a line-item estimate and an honest answer on whether something should be repaired or replaced.

  3. 3

    Work day setup

Utilities are marked, the work zone is set, and we lay plywood or mats where heavy equipment crosses your lawn or driveway. Then the work starts.

  4. 4

    Cleanup and walk-off

We blow off hard surfaces, haul debris, and run the irrigation zones we touched to check coverage. Then we walk the property with you before we leave.

Where We Work

We're based in Maitland and serve homeowners across the surrounding area, including Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Longwood and Fern Park. We also work in Goldenrod, Fairview Shores, Forest City, Lockhart and Wekiwa Springs.

Questions Homeowners Ask Us

Can you tell me if a tree near my house is dangerous?
Yes. During the walkthrough we look for cracked or split unions, fungal growth and decay at the base, dead limbs over the roof, and soil heaving that points to root problems. We then tell you whether the tree needs trimming, removal or nothing at all. If it's healthy, we'll say so.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We come out, walk the property and give you a written, line-item estimate at no charge. There's no obligation to book the work.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Not for routine lawn care, as long as gates are unlocked and pets are inside. For tree removal, stump grinding or hardscape work we like to talk with you at the start, so we can confirm the work zone and any spots to protect.
How do you keep my kids and pets safe during the job?
We ask that they stay inside while saws, mowers, grinders or chippers are running, and we set a clear work area. After fertilizer or weed control, we tell you how long to keep everyone off the lawn. Gates get closed every time we pass through.
Should I trim my palms hard before hurricane season?
No. Removing dead fronds, loose seed pods and coconuts helps, but cutting off healthy green fronds stresses the palm and can leave it weaker in high wind. We trim to remove hazards and keep the healthy canopy.
Why does my St. Augustine lawn have brown patches?
Common causes in our area are chinch bugs, fungal disease after wet weather, and dry spots from a sprinkler head that's clogged or knocked out of line. We check irrigation coverage along with the turf, since the fix depends on the cause.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. You can borrow up to $100,000 and choose a repayment term between 2 and 12 years, with no extra charge if you pay the balance down early. Homeowners most often use it for landscape design, hardscape and sod projects.
