About Our Maitland Landscaping Crew
We are a landscaping company working on homes around Maitland, and we plan every job around one question first: what could hurt someone here? That shapes how we run mowers, cut limbs, grind stumps and dig, so your yard improves and your household stays out of harm's way.

How We Run a Job
Most landscaping injuries and property damage trace back to a short list of causes. Debris thrown by a mower deck or string trimmer. A limb that lands somewhere nobody planned. Wood chips flying off a stump grinder wheel. A shovel that finds a line nobody marked. We built our work habits around those causes instead of hoping they won't come up.
Before any equipment comes off the trailer, we walk the property. We look for toys and pet bowls in the turf, sprinkler heads sitting proud of the soil, low service wires running to the house, and the spots where a dropped branch could hit a roof, a fence or a car. On jobs that break ground, like hardscape installation, sod installation and stump grinding, we have underground utilities located through the 811 system first, because a cut gas or power line is never a small repair.
While we work, people and pets stay outside the cutting zone, guards and discharge chutes stay on the machines as designed, and we tell you before a loud or risky step begins. At the end we blow off hard surfaces, haul away cuttings and check the lawn for anything sharp left behind.
The Practices We Keep
- 01
Drop zones before the first cut
On tree trimming and removal and palm tree pruning, we set the drop zone before anyone climbs or cuts. Limbs that can't fall freely get roped down in sections. Heavy fronds and seed pods come down under control, not in a pile over your screen enclosure.
- 02
Products applied by the label
Fertilizer and weed control go down at label rates, and we tell you when treated turf is ready for kids and pets again. Nothing is left open in your driveway.
- 03
Photos and a straight answer
If we find a cracked limb over a bedroom, a palm with a leaning trunk, or a bamboo stand hiding a wasp nest, we show you photos and explain the risk. You decide what gets done. We don't push work that isn't needed.
- 04
Irrigation that stays out of the way
Raised heads and snapped risers are trip hazards that also waste water. When we service irrigation, we set heads level with the soil and adjust spray patterns off walkways, where wet pavers turn slick and algae starts to grow.
Where We Work
We work on homes in Maitland, FL and the towns around it, including Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Longwood, Fern Park, Goldenrod, Fairview Shores, Forest City, Lockhart and Wekiwa Springs. Our Service Areas page lists them in full.
Summer storms load canopies with wet weight fast, so when we can, we schedule trimming before the rainy season and fix weak limbs while they are still a planned job.

Start With a Walkthrough
One call gets you a free estimate, and we can set up an on-site property walkthrough to look at the yard with you. If a bigger project makes sense to spread out, you can borrow as much as $100,000 and repay it over anywhere from two to twelve years, with no penalty for paying it off early.
